Skill to create and maintain a safe environment. 安全な環境を醸成し、維持する技術。

Practices good listening habits. 良く傾聴する習慣が身に付いていること。
4）Structured｜構造化
Has a natural gift for providing structure for discussion. 議論を構造化する天賦の才能がある。
5）Fearless｜大胆不敵
Questions to challenge thinking and create new possibilities. 新たな可能性を創造したり挑戦的な思考をできたりできる質問。
6）Proactive｜主導的積極性
Is not reactive in groups. グループの中で受身でないこと。
